Base Package

The base package starts at $500.

What you’ll get

    1 bartender for 4 hours of beverage service

    Setup/breakdown of one bar (2.5 hours to

    setup/breakdown)

    Alcohol ordering guide and shopping list

  • ✺

    General liability & Liquor liability insurance

    Travel within 30 miles of San Leandro, CA

    Bartender tool kit

*We limit a maximum of 75 guests per bartender. An additional bartender is an extra $25 per bartender/hour.

*Additional mileage beyond 30 miles (one way from San Leandro, CA to event venue) wil be charged at a rate of $0.70 per mile.

  • Everything in the Base Package

  • Ice/Delivery/Storage of up to 2 lbs of ice per person (variable based on season)

Essential Cocktail Package

An additional $3.00 per person/hour

Everything in the Base Package. Premium mixers allow for simple cocktails like margaritas, old fashion, etc.

Includes:

  • Classic Garnishes (lemons, limes, oranges, and cherries)

  • Classic Mixers (Coke, Diet Coke, soda water, tonic water, ginger ale, and Sprite)

  • Classic Juices (cranberry juice, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, and orange juice)

  • Alcohol Planning Consultation

Signature Cocktail / Mocktail package

Starts at an additional $7.00 per person/hour

Everything in the Base Package. All the non-alcoholic ingredients for 1-2 Signature Cocktails or Mocktails for your event.

Including but not limited to:

  • Custom juice/mixer blends

  • Custom syrups

  • Custom fruit purees

  • Elevated garnishes unique to each cocktail

Coffee / Tea Package

$1.00 per person/hour

Includes:

  • Regular coffee

  • Decaf coffee

  • Tea bag variety pack of 6 different teas

  • Half & Half and lactose-free alternative

  • Sugar & Splenda

  • 8oz paper cups, lids

  • Wooden stirrers
